اجزاء:
اسٹرابریز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کپ
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کپ
لیموں کا رس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک بڑا لیموں
مکھن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

اسٹرابریز کو دھو کر پٹاٹو میشر سے میش کر لیں۔
ایک پین میں ایک کپ چینی کے ساتھ میش کی ہوئی اسٹرابریز کو پانچ سے آٹھ منٹ تک پکائیں،اتنا کہ اسٹربریز نرم ہو جائے۔
اب اس میں لیموں کا رس اور باقی بچی ہوئی ایک کپ چینی ڈالیں۔
ساتھ ہی مکھن شامل کر کے ابال آنے پر تقریبا دس منٹ تک پکنے دیں۔
تیار جام کو چیک کرنے کے لئے پہلے ٹھنڈی کی ہوئی پلیٹ پر ڈالیں۔
اگر جام اپنی شکل میں آجائے تو اس کا مطلب ہے کہ جام تیار ہے۔
ایک ائر ٹائٹ جار میں پہلے سے چمچہ ڈالیں اور اس جار کو جام سے بھر لیں۔
اسٹرابری جام تیار ہے۔
