Scauliflower florets 250 g
Broccoli florets 250 g
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
Egg 1
Red pepper, cut into strip ½

How to make Spring Tagliatelle
METHOD:
• Blanch cauliflower and broccoli in boiling for 1 minute or cook in microwave for 1 minute. Drain and refresh under cold running water, drain again and set aside
• Cook tagliatelle in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction. Drain set aside and keep warm
• Heat oil in a large pan and cook garlic and eggplant red pepper and green pepper over a medium heat for 4 minutes. Add trgliatelle, cauliflower, broccoli and basil
