کارن فلور۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
بریڈ سلائس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد

ترکیب:

قیمے میں ہرا دھنیا،ادرک لہسن،کارن فلور،نمک،دھنیا،بیکنگ پاؤڈر،زیرہ،گرم مصالحہ،ہری مرچ،پیاز،بریڈ سلائس کو اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اس کے بعد آدھے گھنٹہ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔
اب اس مکسچر کے لمبے کباب بنائیں اور فرائی کرلیں۔

کری بنانے کے لئے:

پیاز کو فرائی کر لیں۔
پھر اس میں ادرک لہسن،فرائی کئے ہوئے ٹماٹر اور ہری مرچیں شامل کریں۔
اب اس میں فرائی کئے ہوئے کباب شامل کر کے دم پر رکھیں۔
آخر میں ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کر سرو کریں۔
