2 large slices bread, i-inch thick 4 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
pepper and salt to taste
1 small clove garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 dessertspoon chopped fresh mint
How to make Savoury Toast (Masala Toast)
METHOD:
Remove crusts from the bread and soak the bread in the milk. Beat the eggs with the remaining ingredients and pour over the bread. Shallow fry till brown on both sides. Serve a half round to each person with sliced tomatoes.
