pumpkin: 1kg (don't take halwa kaddo)
milk: 1kg
Sugar: 1.5 cup
oil: 1/2 cup
cardamom: 2
green colour: 2 pinch
almonds(crushed): 1/2 cup
How to make Pumpkin Halwa
METHOD:
1. grate the pumpkin.
2. boil milk and then add grated pumpkin and sugar, flame should be low until pumpkin will be very soft.
3. when milk will be dry add cardamom and oil and fry the halwa very well.
5. sprinkle green colour and mix it quickly.
6. add almonds and put off the flame, dish out and serve.

Halwa is halwa ! Suji ka ho ya chanay ki dal ka or agar multani ho to baat he kuch or hai, I wish that one day i cook all these types of halwa dishes.
