آلو کے کرسپی ڈونٹس

اجزاء:
آلو کے ڈونٹس کرسپی نہیں ہوتے تو میرا بتایا گیا طریقہ بھی آزمالیں اور بچوں کو ڈونٹس تو بہت پسند ہوتے ہیں، مگر ایک مرتبہ انھیں آلو کے کرسپی ڈونٹس بنا کر کھلائیں پھر دیکھیے کیسے بچے چکن ڈونٹس کھانا بھول جائیں-

ترکیب:

٭ دو آلو ابال لیں، ان کا چھلکا اتار کر کچلا کرلیں۔
پھر اس میں حسبِ ضرورت دھنیا پاؤڈر، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، پسا زیرہ، انار دانہ پاؤڈر، ہلدی، نمک، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر، بریڈ کرمز، ایک انڈہ اور تھوڑا سا املی کا پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
٭ آلو کے اس مرکب کی ڈونٹس جیسی ٹکیاں بنا لیں، اور ٹکیاں بنانے کے بعد ان پر بریڈ کرمز لگائیں۔
٭ ساتھ ہی ایک انڈہ پھینٹ لیں اور بریڈ کرمز لگے ڈونٹ پر انڈہ لگا کر اس پر دوبارہ بریڈ کرم لگائیں۔
٭ کڑاہی میں آئل گرم کرکے ان ڈونٹس کو ڈیپ فرائی کرکے انھیں ٹشو پیپر پر رکھ دیں تاکہ آئل جذب ہوجائے۔ ٭لیجئیے تیار ہیں آلو کے کرسپی ڈونٹس۔

ضروری ٹپس:
• بریڈ کرمز کو دو سے تین بار لگائیں تو ہی ڈونٹس کرسپی ہوں گے۔
• آئل میں ڈالنے کے بعد ڈونٹس کو ہر سائیڈ سے تین منٹ پکائیں۔
