آلو کے کرارے چپس

اجزاء:
آلو کے کرارے کرارے چپس اب گھر میں بچوں کے لئے خود ہی بنالیں، یہ بنیں اتنے آسانی سے کہ آپ خود بھی رہ جائیں حیران۔

ترکیب:

٭ ایک بڑے پیالے کو پانی سے بھر لیں اور اس میں دھلے ہوئے دو سے تین یا حسبِ ضرورت آلو ڈال کر پندرہ منٹ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔
٭ اب ان آلوؤں کو فرائیز کٹر یا چھری کی مدد سے باریک یا کسی بھی شکل میں کاٹ کر پانی میں بھگو دیں۔
٭ پندرہ منٹ بعد نکال کر ان کو ایک کپڑے پر رکھ دیں تاکہ پانی نکل جائے اور یہ خشک ہوجائیں۔
٭ اب ایک پیالی میں نمک، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر، ایک چٹکی ہلدی، پسی لال مرچ تمام چیزیں ڈال کر تھوڑے سے پانی میں مکس کرکے پیسٹ بنالیں، ان کٹے سوکھے آلوؤں کو اس پیسٹ میں لگائیں اور آئل میں فرائی کرلیں۔

ضروری ٹپس:
٭ آلوؤں کو لازمی زیادہ پانی میں بھگوئیں اور کاٹنے کے بعد بھی پندرہ منٹ ضرور بھگوئیں۔ اور آخر میں کپڑے پر ڈال کر خشک کرلیں اس سے کرارے چپس بنیں گے۔
٭ ہلدی، مرچ کا پیسٹ آلوؤں میں ذائقہ ڈالنے کے لئے بنایا گیا ہے، آپ چاہیں تو صرف نمک ہی استعمال کرسکتی ہیں۔
