How to make Grated Potato Chips Bhel
First prepare the chutneys. Grind green chillies and roasted chana to a fine paste by adding half a cup of water while grinding. Set aside. Wash and seed the dates. Soak the dates and tamarind for one hour before making the sweet chutney, as in the previous recipe.
Grind garlic and red chillies together and make a paste with a quarter cup of water. In a big bowl, mix together the potato chips, salt, onions, coriander, sweet chutney, garlic chutney and green chilli chutney. Mix well, and serve immediately.
