•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•لال مرچ پاؤڈر_____ 1.5چائے کا چمچ
•ذیرہ پاؤڈر_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•پانی_____ آدھ کپ
•پیزا سوس_____ 3سے 4کھانے کے چمچ
•موزریلا چیز_____ 1.5کپ
•شملا مرچ_____ 3چوتھائی کپ

ڈوکے اجزاء:
•میدہ_____ 4کپ
•نمک_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•چینی_____ 1چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک برتن میں میدہ ، نمک، چینی، خمیر، پانی ڈال کر گوندھ لیں اب اس پر کھانے کا تیل لگا کر ایک گھنٹہ کے لیے ڈھک کر رکھ دیں۔
ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، بیف ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر پکا لیںاب اس میں ٹماٹر، لال مرچ ، زیرہ، نمک، پانی ڈال کر ڈھک دیں جب تک اچھی طرح گال جائے اور خشک ہوجائے،اب اس پر فوئل پیپر کی کٹوری رکھ دیں اور اس میں جلتا ہوا کوئلہ رکھ دیں اور اس پر تھوڑا سا کھانے کا تیل ڈال دیں تاکہ دھواں ہو اب برتن کو دو منٹ کے لیے ڈھک دیں۔
ڈو کو بیل لیں اور ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لگا لیں اب اس ڈو کر پین میں رکھ دیں اور اس پر کانٹے کی مدد سے نشان لگا لیں۔
اب اس پر پیزا سوس ، مزریلہ چیز، پکایا ہوا بیف، شملہ مرچ،زیتون، ڈال کر ڈھک دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر 18-20 منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر پکا لیں۔
