Ingredients

Besan (gram-flour) 1 cups
Onions 1 small peeled and cut in small cubes
Potatoes 2 large peeled and cubed
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Fresh green chili 5-6 cut and sliced
Fresh coriander leaves about 1/2 bunch, cut
Cooking oil for deep frying

How to make Mixed Pakoras

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl with water.
Now add the onions, potatoes, green chili and fresh coriander.
The mixture should be thick.
Once the oil is hot, spoon the mixture into the oil
Let the pakoras cook till golden brown.
Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
Can be served with ketchup or green chutney.

Stuffed Mirch Pakora Recipe can be easily prepared within just 10 minutes. To prepare the snack, take one cup gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain), 1/4 tablespoon chili powder, 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder (haldi), 1/4 garam masala powder, 1 pinch of asafetida, 1 pinch of baking soda, salt as required by taste and water as required to make it a thick paste. After that, make a thick paste out of all the ingredients placed above and mix well into a thick paste. This will be used to coat the green chilies. Then, slit the green chili from the middle or one side, only slit as much to not break the chilies. Additionally, with a spoon scoop out the seeds and pith then coat the chili piece with the batter thoroughly twice or more properly. In a frying pan, pour oil and let it heat up until the required temperature. Once it’s done heating, carefully place all the chilies in the heated oil to fry until they are crisp brown. Now, serve with pav, bread or as a side dish for your family to enjoy. It is also amazing to eat during the monsoon season or rainy season.
