wheat flour 2 cups
peas (pealed) 2 cup
lemon 4
green chili 4
onion chopper 1 or 2
coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
crushed black pepper 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tbsp
crushed white cumin 1 tsp
flour 2 tbsp
oil for frying 2 tbsp
oil as required
salt to taste
How to make Matar kay parathay
METHOD:
Make a dough of whole wheat flour with water. Now chop the peas and all the masala in a chopper. Heat oil in a pan and add the peas mixture in the pan and cook for few minutes. remove from heat and let it cool.
Now make a round ball of wheat flour and stuff with Matar masala.
make a paratha. Spread some flour over it so that it does not stick on the working counter.
Fry in a pan. serve with yogurt and imli ki chutney.
