• Salt 1 ½ tsp

How to make Lazeez Roghni Korma
METHOD:
1. Heat Manpsand banaspati and fry while mix spices and add the ground masala paste and fry well till Manapsand banaspati come on top.
2. Then add whipped yogurt with chicken fry well for 10 mintes and then add 1 cup water.
3. Cover the pan and simmer on low flame till chicken is tender and thick gravy remains.
4. Serve it with sheermaal.
