نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1چائے کا چمچہ
کیچپ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1/2کپ
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2کھانے کے چمچے
ادرک لہسن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ
گرم مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1/2چائے کا چمچہ
پپیتے کا پیسٹ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2کھانے کے چمچے
تکہ بوٹی مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔1کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

1/2کلوگائے یا بکرے کے گوشت کے بڑے کیوبز کو 4 کھانے کے چمچے لیموں کارس ، 1چائے کا چمچہ نمک ، 1/2کپ کیچپ ، 2کھانے کے چمچے چینی ، 1کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن ، 1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ گرم مصالحہ ، 2کھانے کے چمچے پپیتے کا پیسٹ اور 1کھانے کا چمچہ تکہ بوٹی مصالحہ سے 1گھنٹے کے لیے میری نیٹ کرلیں ۔
اب انہیں چکن اسکیورز پر لگا کر باربی کوی کریں یابیک کرلیں ۔
پھر کوئلے کا دم دے کر پیاز کے رنگز کے ساتھ سرو کریں ۔
