پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
تازہ لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
ہرا دھینا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی گڈی

ترکیب:

بلینڈر میں جھینگے،پیاز،ہری مرچیں،لال مرچیں،ہرا دھنیا،کالی مرچ اور نمک پیس کر ہیالے میں نکال لیں۔چاولوں میں لیموں کے چھلکے،انڈا،میدہ،کارن فلور،تل اور نمک ملالیں۔اس میں جھینگوں کا آمیزہ ڈال کر یکجان کر لیں۔ہاتھوں پر خشک میدہ لگا کر اس آمیزہ کے چھوٹے چھوٹے کوفتے بنا لیں ۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے کوفتوں کو سنہری کر کے نکال لیں اور گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
