گاجر(باریک کاٹ لیں) ایک عدد
مشرومز (سلائس کر لیں) 4-8عدد
تازی میتھی ایک کپ
میگی نوڈلز پیکٹ
سویا سوس دو کھانے کے چمچے
ادرک کا عرق تین کھانے کے چمچے
مونگ پھلی(بھنی ہوئی) دو کھانے کے چمچے
ہری پیاز ایک کھانے کا چمچہ(باریک سلائس کی ہوئی)

ترکیب:

ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر یں اور اس میں لہسن، ادرک ڈال کر 1منٹ کے لئے بھون لیں۔ اس کے بعد اس میں پیاز اورنمک شامل کر کے بھونیں۔ اب تھوڑا پانی ڈال کر ڈھکن ڈھک کر درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ جب پیاز نرم ہو جائے تو اس میں گاجر ، مشرومز ڈال کر 3-5منٹ کے ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں اور جب گاجر گل جائے تو اس میں نوڈلز ، میتھی اور ہری پیاز شامل کر لیں۔ ڈھک کر 3منٹ کے لئے ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ جب نوڈلز پک جائیں تو اس میں سویا سوس اور ادرک کا عرق ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔ سرونگ کے وقت اس پر بھنی ہوئی مونگ پھلیاں اور ہری پیاز ڈال کر سرو کر یں۔
