نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
لال مرچ پسی ہوئی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
سفید زیرہ (بھون کر کٹا ہوا) ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کاچمچ
امچور پساہوا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو کھانے کے چمچے
املی کا گودا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو کھانے کے چمچے
بیسن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک پیالی
پودینہ(باریک کٹا ہوا ) ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھی گٹھی
ہری مرچیں ( باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔تین سے چار عدد
انڈا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
کوکنگ آئل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔تلنے کے لیے۔

ترکیب:

اروی کو اچھی طر ح دھو کر چھلکوں سمیت ابال لیں ۔ جب اچھی طرح گل جائے تو پانی سے نکال کر چھلکا اتار دیں۔ پھرا یک ایک اروی کو دونوں ہاتھوں کے درمیان رکھ کر دبائیں اور ایک طرف رکھتے جائیں ۔ بیسن میں نمک ، لال مرچ ، سفید زیرہ ، امچور، املی ، پودینہ ، ہری مرچیں اورانڈا ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں اور پانی کی مدد سے گاڑھا پیسٹ بنالیں ۔ کڑاہی میں درمیانی آنچ پر کوکنگ آئل کو چار سے پانچ منٹ گرم کریں ۔ پھر ایک اروی کو بیسن کے پیسٹ میں ڈبو کر ہلکی آنچ پر فرائی کریں ۔ کباب جب سنہرے ہوجائیں تو ٹشو پیپر یا خاکی کاغذ پر نکا ل لیں
