Paani 2 piyali
Pisi laal mirch 1 khanay ka chamach
Sonth 3 khanay k chamach pisi hoi
Safiad zeera 1 khanay ka chamcha (pisa hoa)
Kala namak 1 chutki
Namak hasb e zaiqa

Banane ki tarkeeb


Pehly imli ko garm pani main daal kar garha ras nikal lain.
Ab isay ek nonstick pan main daal kar pisi laal mirch, pisi hoi sonth aur bhuna hoa safaid zeera k sath 5 minute paka lain.
Phir isay utar kar thanda honay dain.
Akhir main kala namak ya namak daalain.
Mazaydar imli ki chatni taiyar hai.

پسی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سونٹھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ پسی ہوئی
سفید زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ (پسا ہوا)
کالا نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چٹکی
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ذائقہ
ترکیب:
پہلے اِملی کو گرم پانی میں ڈال کر گاڑھا رس نکال لیں۔
اب اسے ایک نان اسٹک پین میں ڈال کر پسی لال مرچ، پسی ہوئی سونٹھ اور بھنا اور پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ کے ساتھ پانچ منٹ پکا لیں۔
پھر اسے اُتار کر ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
آخر میں کالا نمک یا نمک ڈالیں۔
مزے دار اِملی کی چٹنی تیار ہے۔
