فش فلے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کلو
باریک کٹی پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
لال شملہ مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
اورنج ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
باریک کٹی ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین سے چار عدد
ا’بلے ہوئے مٹر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی
پسی کالی مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
باریک کٹا ہرا دھنیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

پہلے ایک پیالے میں تیل ،لیموں کا رس ، نمک ، پسی کالی مرچ اور کٹا ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر خوب اچھی طرح مکس کریں ۔اب فش فلے کو اس میں شامل کر کے میرینیٹ کریں ۔پھر فش فلے کو ایلمونیم فوائل میں لپیٹ کر 8سے10منٹ تک اسٹیم دیدیں ۔اب الگ پین میں تیل گرم کر کے کٹی پیاز ، کٹی ہری مرچ شامل کر کے دو سے تین منٹ تک پکائیں ،تا کہ پیاز نرم ہوجائے۔پھر اس میں ا’بلے مٹر ، لال شملہ مرچ ،نمک، پسی کالی مرچ شامل کر کے اچھی طرح پکائیں ،یہاں تک کہ سبزیاں نرم ہوجائیں۔اب چولہا بند کردیں ۔ اس کے بعد اورنج کو چھیل کر چھری کی مدد سے اندر کا گودا نکال لیں ۔اب پلیٹ میں اسٹیم کی ہوئی مچھلی رکھیں ،اس کے اوپر فرائی کی ہوئی سبزیاںاور سب سے اوپر اورنج ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
