• Oil 1 tbsp
• Chicken Pieces (Cut in small pieces) 1.5 Kg
• Onion (Sliced) 2
• Curry Powder 2 tbsp
• Clove,Garlic (Crushed) 2
• Plain Flour 2 tbsp
• Chicken Stock 1.5 cups
• Potatoes (Peeled Cubes) 2
How to make Easy Chicken Curry
METHOD:
- Heat Oil in pan,cook chicken in batches until well browned;drain on paper towel.
- In the same pan, cook onion until soft.
- Add Curry powder,garlic and flour;stir over until mixture becomes dry and grainy.
- Remove from heat.
- Add stock gradually,stirring until mixture is smooth.Return pan over heat,stir until sauce boils and thickens.
- Add chicken cover add simmer over low heat,stirring occasionally,for 20 minutes.
- Add Potato simmer over low heat 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Serve with hot naan or rice
