چکن------------ ایک کلو
انڈہ--------------- 1عدد
میدہ------------ 1کپ
دہی--------------- 2/1کپ
تیل------------- فرائی کے لئے
سویا سوس--------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر-------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
نمک------------------ 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
پسی لال مرچ---------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
لہسن پیسٹ------------- 2چائے کے چمچے
سفید تل---------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے انڈہ پھینٹ کر ا س میں دہی اور لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کرلیں۔پھر چکن کو اس آمیزے میں شامل کرکے10منٹ تک رکھ دیں۔تاکہ آمیزہ اچھی طرح چکن میں جذب ہوجائے۔ اب ایک برتن میں میدہ، بیکنگ پاﺅڈر،تل،نمک، سویا سوس اور لال مرچ شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔اب ایک برتن میں تیل کو گر م کریں اور خشک آمیزے کو اچھی طرح چکن پر لگائیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں۔تاکہ چکن اندر سے کچا نہ رہے اور نہ جلے براﺅن ہونے پر نکال لیجئے۔مزیدار ڈھاکہ چکن تیار ہے۔
