اجزاء:
ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پاؤ
دہی۔۔۔۔100گرام
چاٹ مصالحہ۔۔۔۔4کھانے کے چمچے
تیل۔۔۔فرائی کے لئے
نمک۔۔۔حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

ایک پاؤ ہر ی مرچ کو بیج میں چیرا لگا دیں۔اب 100گرام دہی میں 4کھانے کے چمچ چاٹ مصالحہ، 2عددلیموں کا رس اور حسب ِ ذائقہ نمک ڈال کر آمیزہ بنا لیں۔پھر اس آمیزے کو مرچوں کے اندر بھر یں اور 4سے 5دن تک دھوپ میں رکھیں۔اوپر ململ کا کپڑاڈال دیں۔اب ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کرکے اس میں مرچیں فرائی کریں اور نکال کر سرو کریں.
