کھٹائی ایک کھانے کا چمچ( پسی ہوئی)
مکھن یا گھی دو کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

گوشت گلانے کا پاؤڈر، دہی، سفیدزیرہ، ثابت دھنیا، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، لہسن، ادرک کا پیسٹ، کھٹائی، مکھن یا گھی اور فریش کریم مکس کر لیں۔ گوشت میں مصالحہ لگا کر کانٹے سے گود لیں۔ تین سے چار گھنٹے میرینیٹ کرنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اوون کو 150Cپر پہلے سے گرم کر لیں۔ گوشت کو بیکنگ ڈش میں ڈال کر 180Cپر40-45 منٹ تک بیک کر لیں۔ اچھی طرح بیک ہونے کا پر نکال لیں۔ کیچپ اور دہی کے ساتھ گرم گرم سرو کر یں۔
