• Chicken cut in small pieces 1 kg
• Oil 1 cup
• Lemon juice 1 and 1/2 cup
• Salt one tablespoon flat or to taste
• Red chilies one teaspoon
• Tandoori masala 2 teaspoon
• Dahi or yoghurt 1 cup
• Paprika one teaspoon
• Dhania powder or cumin 2 teaspoons
• Green coriander or cilantro 1/2 cup
• Onion 1 cut in rings
• Lemon 1 sliced
• Vinegar 2 tablespoons
• Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon
How to make Chicken Tikka Boti
METHOD:
Take a bowl and marinade the chicken washed well with all spices. Ginger garlic paste. Please keep onion, lemon and green coriander for garnishing. Put all of the above and mix well. Add half cup oil and half for cooking.
Marinade one night to at least 3 hours
Now you may cook it on coals. Put on skewers and cook on coals. Keep turning and coat with oil with brush.
Alternatively cook in oven for 30 minutes .Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and cover in foil after placing in non stick tray. Coat with oil.
When golden brown, remove and serve with sliced lemon, onions and coriander and mint chutney and naans.
Excellent to eat.
