200gm chocolate biscuits, crushed
125gm butter
½ cup ground almonds
Filling :
250gm cream cheese
½ cup icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
300ml cream
Topping :
425gm can of peach halves
100gm dark chocolate, melted
½ cup almonds, blanched, flaked and toasted
How to make Chocolate Peach Flan


Combine biscuits, butter and almonds and mix together.

Press into the base and up the sides of a greased flan tin.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Cool for the filling, beat cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice and essence. Fold in the cream.

Spread filling, chill for a few hours till set.

Slice and drain the peaches and dry well.

Dip one end of the peaches in chocolate, place on greaseproof paper to set.

Before serving, decorate the flan with the peaches in a circle and put the flaked almonds in the middle.
