چکن اسٹفڈ بن

اجزاء:
میدہ ۔۔ سوا دو کپ
خمیر ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نیم گرم دودھ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تیل ۔۔ آدھا کپ
چینی ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
انڈاہ ۔۔ ایک عدد
انڈے کی سفیدی ۔۔ ایک عدد
سفید تل ۔۔ چھڑکنے کے لئے
نیم گرم پانی ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے

فلنگ کے لئے:
ابلی چکن ۔۔ ایک کپ
پیاز ۔۔ ایک عدد
نمک ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
ہری مرچ ۔۔ حسب ذوق
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
سفید زیرہ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
مکھن ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

خمیر کو پانی میں گھولیں۔ پھر اس میں چینی اور آدھا کھانے کا چمچہ میدہ ڈال کر دس منٹ چھوڑ دیں۔ اب میدے میں نمک، تیل اور انڈہ مکس کر کے خمیر کے مکسچر میں ملا کر گوندھ لیں۔ اس کے بعد ڈھک کر رکھیں۔ جب ڈبل ہوجائے تو دوبارہ گوندھ کر پیڑے بنائیں اور مزید پندرہ سے بیس منٹ تک چھوڑ دیں۔ اب اس میں چکن کی فلنگ کر کے دس سے بارہ منٹ تک رکھیں۔ انڈے سے برش کر کے تل چھڑکیں اور پہلے سے گرم اوون میں دس منٹ تک بیک کرلیں۔ تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
