Gram Flour ............................. As per needed

How to make Chicken Cheese Pakora
METHOD:
- In the grinder: Add minced chicken, 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala and 1/2 Teaspoon Iodized Salt in a grinder.
- Cut the edges of bread slices.
- Soak the sliced bread in the mixture and add it in the grinder.
- Grind the ingredients well.
- In a bowl: Add 1 cup besan, 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Iodized Salt and pour water as much as needed for mixing.
- Make small balls from this mixture and stuff cheddar cheese in the balls.
- Dip the balls in gram flour.
- Pour oil as per needed on the frying pan and fry the chicken cheese mixture in small servings until they turn golden brown.
- Once fried, serve on a plate with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
