How to make Chicken Barley Soup
METHOD:
• Melt butter and oil in a pot, add flour and fry.
• Add stock, bay leaf, tomato puree, paprika powder, vinegar and salt, cook for 5 minutes
• Add barley, peas and mushrooms and cook for 15 more minutes.
• Add chicken and potato and cook till stock thickens.
• Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
