چکن ونگز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آھا کلو
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
پسا ہوا لہسن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
لال مرچ کٹی ہوئی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
سویا ساس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کا چمچ
سرکہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کا چمچ
چلی ساس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کا چمچ
شہد۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
آئل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

بڑے پیالےمیں نمک،پسا ہوا لہسن،لال مرچ،سویا ساس،چلی ساس،سرکہ،شہد اور دو کھانے کے چمچ آئل ڈال کر ملا لیں۔
چکن ونگز کو دو ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ کر اوپر لکھے ہوئے مکسچر سے مرینیٹ کرلیں۔دو سے تین گھنٹوں کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں(جتنی دیر ونگز کو مصالحہ میں رکھا جائے گا اتنا ہی ذائقہ دوبالا ہوں گا)
فرئینگ پین میں آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر دو سے تین منٹ گرم کر لیں۔مصالحہ لگے ونگز ڈال کر شروع میں تیز آنچ پر دو سے تین منٹ فرائی کریں پھر آنچ ہلکی کر کے ڈھک کر بیس سے پچس منٹ تک پکائیں تاکہ اچھی طرح گل جائیں۔
اچھی طرح ہر طرف سے سنہرا کرنے کے لئے درمیان میں ایک سے دو مرتبہ الٹ پلٹ کر لیں۔
