اجزاء:
کابلی چنے-------------------- 250گرام
تیل--------------------------- 1/2باﺅل
پیاز-------------------------- ایک بڑی
لہسن------------------------- 7-8جوے
کری پتہ---------------------- 2اسٹکس
رائی دانہ--------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کلونجی----------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
سلائس ہری مرچیں------------ 2-3عدد
کیوبزکٹی لوکی---------------- ایک کلو
کٹی لال مرچ------------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہلدی-------------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کھٹائی پاﺅڈر------------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

کابلی چنوں کو رات بھر بھگوئیں۔پھر اس میں نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح اُبال لیں۔ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز،لہسن، کری پتہ، رائی دانہ،کلونجی، ہری مرچیںشامل کرکے بگھار بنائیں۔ایک کلو کیوبز کٹی لوکی ڈال کر کچھ دیر تک پکائیں۔پھر اس میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ کٹی لال مرچ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ کھٹائی پاﺅڈر شامل کرکے مزید فرائی کرلیں۔جب لوکی ہلکی گل جائے تو اُبلے چنے ڈال کر دم پر رکھیں۔آکر میں ہرا دھنیا، لیموں کا رس اور گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر ،ڈالیں۔گرم گرم چپاتی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
