Ingredients:
4 cups Cauliflower florets
Oil
1 tsp cumin (zeera) seed
1 inch piece sl Iced Ginger
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
4 Green chillies, sl Iced
MARINADE
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup Tomato past
2 tsp Tandoori masala powder
Salt to taste

How to make Cauliflower Cooked in Yoghurt and Tandoori Masala

METHOD:

How to Prepare:
1-Mix together the ingredients of the marinade. Leave aside for 10 mins.
2-Heat oil, splutter the cumin seed. Add the marinated cauliflower along with the marinade.
3-Cook until the cauliflower is cooked, Dry out the liquid.
4-Serve garnished with ginger, green chillies and chopped coriander. Serve hot with roti OR paratha.
