نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
خشخاش ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کباب چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چھ عدد
بڑی الائچی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو عدد
دار چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔د وعدد
کالا زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
براؤن پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ کپ
دہی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ کپ
سرسوں کا تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔تین کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

چکن کو پسندوں کی طرح کاٹ کر پپیتا لگا کر 10منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں ۔
پیاز کو پیس کر دہی میں مکس کریں ساتھی ہی لال مرچ ، نمک ، خشخاش ، کباب چینی ، بڑی الائچی ، دارچینی ، کالا زیرہ پیس کر دہی میں مکس کریں ، لہسن ادرک بھی مکس کرنے کے بعد پپیتا لگی چکن ڈال کر 20منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں ۔
سیخ پر لگا کر گرل پین پر یا کوئلہ پر سیکائیں ،

ایک کپ میدہ ، آدھا کپ آٹا ، ٣ کھانے کے چمچ پسی چینی ، ایک چائے کا چمچ نمک اور ایک چائے کا چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر تیل ڈال کر گوندھ لیں اور پراٹھا بنا لیں ۔

اس پر کباب رکھ کر رول کرلیں اور چاہیں تو مایو اینڈ گارلک کیچپ بھی لگا سکتے ہیں یا پیاز بھی رکھ سکتے ہیں ۔
