٭ دو آلوؤں کو دھو کر چھیل لیں اور پانی میں بھگو دیں اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ کر پانی سے دھولیں۔
٭ پین میں آئل گرم کریں اور ان آلوؤں کو فرائی کر کے ٹشو پر رکھ دیں تاکہ اضافی آئل جذب ہوجائے۔
٭ پتیلی میں آئل گرم کریں، کٹی ہوئی پیاز، ہری مرچیں، ایک چمچ ہلدی، پسی لال مرچ، کٹی لال مرچ، نمک، پسی کالی مرچ، ایک کپ میدہ اور آدھا کپ کورن فلور ڈال کر اچھی طرح مصالحہ بنا لیں پھر اسی میں چلی سوس، سویا سوس، ٹماٹو کیچپ اور سرکہ ڈال کر دس منٹ پکائیں۔
٭ فرائی آلوؤں کو اس مصالحے میں ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ پکائیں۔ لیجیے تیار ہے آلو منچورین۔
