Ingredients

• Mutton ½ kg
• Tomato Paste 3
• Green chili paste 8
• Big green chilies (finely cut) 4
• Onion (chopped) 1 cup
• Water 1 cup
• Cumin seeds (roasted and powdered) 1 tsp
• Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Whole hot sp Ices 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Coconut Milk powder (made into a paste with Water) 3 tbsp
• Garm lentils (b Oiled) 4 tbsp
• Red Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
• Salt 1 ½ tsp
• Oil ½ cup
• Tomatoes, spring Onions for garnishing
• Tandoori nan Bread as accompaniment

How to make Aab e Gosht

METHOD:

• Heat oil in a pot; fry onions golden.
• Add ginger/garlic, big green chilies, green chili paste, hot spices, red chilies, turmeric and salt; cook for few minutes.
• Add cumin and mutton; fry thoroughly.
• Add water; cook until meat is tender.
• Add tomatoes; allow to cook.
• Add lentils and coconut milk; cook until oil separates.
• Dish out; garnish with tomatoes and spring onions, serve accompanied by naan.
