Ingredients

1. for carrot layer
carrot :1kg
milk:1 cup
sugar to taste
oil for fry

2. for pumpkin layer
pumpkin 1:kg
sugar to taste
green colour:1 pinch
oil
milk:1kg

3. for coconut layer
coconut(grated):2cups
sugar to taste
butter:1cube
oil/ghee

4. for peanut layer
peanut(peeled off and grinded):2 cups
milk:2cups
sugar to taste
cardamom:2
oil

5. for date layer
dates:1 kg
milk:1kg
oil

6. for garnishing
khoya
cashew
pistachio

How to make 5 Layers Cake

METHOD:

1. grate the carrot and put it in a pot add milk and sugar, put on the flame, when dried add some oil and fry it to make a fine halwa.
2. grate pumpkin put it in a pot add milk and sugar, put on the flame, till dried add some oil and fry it to make a fine halwa, 1minute before putting off the flame add green colour and mix it well.
3. take butter in a pan, melt it on low flame, add coconut n sugar, toss it well, add oil n fry to for 10 min.
4. boil milk and add sugar,stirr it well, add peanut powder and mix it to make a thick paste, add some oil and mix it for 3 min.
5. put milk and dates in a pan on low flame, when date would be soft and milk would be somewhat dries add oil and fry it for 10min.
6. take a tray grease it by brushing oil or butter put a cake mold in the tray, put dates layer in the mold, on dates sweet put pumpkin sweet layer and then coconut sweet then peanut and at the top put carrot halwa layer, garnish it with grated khoya and nuts, put it in refrigerator for an hour, put off the mold carefully and serve it with tea it would be a great delicious cake. :)
