How to make masur ki daal



METHOD:

1 ; masur ki daal main pani dal k surh mirch (red chili powder) namuk (salt) or 2 garlc colves chotay picies ker k daal dain halki anch py chor dain 2; jb daal bilkul gul jai (sabit nazir nahi ani chiyay) pani takreebun khushk ho jai to ek alug pan main oil garum karain . piyaz (onion) ko bareek bareek kaat lain, lahson(garlic) ko b slice ki taran kaat lain. or oil main daal dain sath he gool surh mirch b dalain .piyaz or lahson jb light brown sa ho jai to yeh baigaar daal k oper daal dain .sada mager mazay ki daal khain chahain to oper garum masala ya kali mirch thori c cheruk lay

I have always followed masur ki daal recipe by chef Tahira Mateen. She has great collection of cooking foods and recipes. But now I want more vegetable recipes but all these are not provided by Tahira so which chef has all these recipes?
