About Recipe

Boneless Chicken Pieces: 500 grams
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Ground Cumin: 1 Teaspoon
Salt: 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped Green Chillies (Jalapeno): 1-2 each
1 Chopped Onion
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 Teaspoons
1 Cup Curd
Lemon juIce: 1 Teaspoon


How to make Chicken Pakora



* Put all the ingredients in the blender except chicken and batter. Blend them well.

* Soak pieces of chicken in blend.

* Keep the stuff in refrigerator for 45 minutes.

* Now take the chicken out of the fridge and put in batter.

* Fry the chicken deep until it gets golden brown colored.

* Hot crisply pakoras are ready to serve. Eat with mint, coriander chutney or with tomato ketchup.

Chicken Pakoda might be new for some guys. Everyone eats usual pakoray like palak, aloo, baingan or methi but there is less awareness about chicken pakoday. So if you have seen it for the first time, you must give it a try. Chicken pakodas are liked by everyone and that's why it's recipe is followed in homes frequently. But still many women are unaware of this simple light snack. In Pakistan, pakorey are cooked for Iftaar as a must but they are simple pakore made with gram flour, spinach or fenugreek. Very few have tried this at Iftaar. Recipe is very simple. Chicken is marinated with spices, coated with gram flour and then deep fried in karahi. You will get them ready to eat after 5 to 6 minutes frying.

You can tune the spices, as per your taste, according to your choice and even a slight change in the spices may introduce entirely a new taste. I already like pakoras and when it comes to chicken pakora, it is even tastier and have great taste. Especially in Ramadan Mubarak, it gives true pleasure of chicken taste . It is a great snack, now my sisters has been cooking it but now I am learning and I will do it.

I had to buy boneless chicken to make pakora but my husband bought boned chicken, he did not remember it. However now it's an additional task on my shoulders. First I have to remove bones and then do the rest of process. Never mind, I am happy to do it for my kids and husband
