pakoras are always very delicious things specially for iftar. I try to make different pakoras every time , sometimes brinjal pakora, sometimes aloo and pyaz pakora and sometimes I make palak pakora. In winter I used to make methi pakora. This is new to me, I will also try this mixed veg pakoras.
I have bought many vegetables and told my wife to make different snacks with it. We would prepare chicken vegetable rolls, veg pakora and chicken veg spaghetti for iftar time. I like to eat veggies because they are healthier and nutrition-rich.
Whenever I have to cook something, I find the easiest one like this vegetable pakoras at kfoods, and I am looking for more recipes and hope more of such kind of recipes.
I love to eat all kind of pakoray and if it is made using various vegetables, it is more appealing to me. My choice for mix vegetables is potatoes, carrots, peas and eggplants but I am not sure about using cabbage in pakoras. However, I check first and then go for making them fully.
