Beef Mince ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Big cardamom 2
Lemons 2
Chopped onion 2
Whole red chilies 3
Green chilies 4
Small cardamom 6
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Yogurt ½ cup
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Chick peas 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Bihari masala 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Grind together 3 red chilies, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp white cumin, 6 small cardamom, 1 tbsp black chick peas, and 2 big cardamom in the grinder.
Add 2 tbsp oil in the pan and add onion. Fry it till they are golden brown.
Take it out and keep it aside then add in ½ kg mince, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ground masala 1 tbsp bihari masala, 1 cup yogurt, 2 lemon and 4 green chilies.
Mix it and add it in the pan. When the water dries dish it out and garnish it with fried onion, mint leaves and serve.
How to Make Bihari Keema
- Grind red chillies, coriander seeds, white cumin, small cardamom, black chickpeas and small and big cardamoms together in a grinder.
- Pour oil in pan and add onions. Fry till they become golden brown in color.
- Place onions pan aside. Add mincemeat, salt, ginger garlic paste, ground masala, bihari masala, yogurt, lemon
and green chillies in a bowl.
- Mix together and add in the pan. Once water is dried, transfer into serving dish, garnish with fried onions
and mint and serve.

wow it looks a very delicious keema recipe. Was looking for several keema recipes to try each everyday that's why I located bihari keema here. The other keema recipes I would like to give try are beef dum ka keema and nathia gali keema recipes.
Thanks for providing us with a very easy recipe for making keema with bihari style masala. I will definitely try it and serve with a poori paratha. It is my favorite combination of food for lunch. Now i will try this keema.
