How to Make Bihari Keema
- Grind red chillies, coriander seeds, white cumin, small cardamom, black chickpeas and small and big cardamoms together in a grinder.
- Pour oil in pan and add onions. Fry till they become golden brown in color.
- Place onions pan aside. Add mincemeat, salt, ginger garlic paste, ground masala, bihari masala, yogurt, lemon
and green chillies in a bowl.
- Mix together and add in the pan. Once water is dried, transfer into serving dish, garnish with fried onions
and mint and serve.
