Ingredients

2 eggs (room temp.)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 tbsp good quality cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coffee (optional)
1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder

How to make Yummy Chocoate cake

METHOD:

Beat first six ingredients at medium high speed until thicken, about 4-5 mins.
Add flour and b.powder through sifter and mix to just combine.
Pour batter in pre-greased and floured pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 mins or until done, at medium temp.
You can put your fav icing over it for more delight. I simply put fresh cream frosting over it, when I baked this cake for birthday (picture posted in previous posts)
