ٹوفو---------- 150گرام
کٹا لہسن------------ 3-4جوے
کٹے ٹماٹر------------ 2عدد
سلاد پتے----------- 2-3عدد
ہری پیاز----------- 2-3عدد
ہری مرچ-------------- 1عدد
کٹی کالی مرچ---------------- 1/2 چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس-------------- 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
زیتون کا تیل------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک--------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

مکسنگ باﺅل میں2-3کھانے کے چمچے لیموں کا رس،1/2چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ اور 3-4جوے کٹا لہسن کو مکس کرلیں۔ڈریسنگ تیار ہے۔
سیلیڈ بنانے کا طریقہ:
150گرام ٹوفو کو فرائی کرکے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔اب مکسنگ باﺅل میں ٹوفو،2عدد کٹے ٹماٹر،2-3عدد ہری پیاز،2-3عدد سلاد پتے اور ڈریسنگ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔آخر میں سیلیڈ پلیٹر میں نکال کر سرو کریں
