150 gm penne pasta
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1 tsp Italian Seasoning or mix hurb
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Basil Leaves
1/2 cup thin sliced bell pepper
1/2 cup thin sliced onion
1/2 cup thin sliced cucumber
1/2 cup thin sliced carrot
1/2 cup bite-size broccoli florets

How to make Penne Pasta Salad Vinaigrette Recipe

METHOD:

Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Mix oil, vinegar and seasonings in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Toss pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving.
