تازہ دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4کھانے کے چمچے
وائٹ پیپر پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد باریک کٹا ہوا
ہری مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 5عدد باریک کٹی ہوئی
موزریلا چیز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ضرورت
ہری پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تھوڑی سی کٹی ہوئی
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ذائقہ
آئل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ فرائی کرنے کے لئے + حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

۱....ایک بڑے فرائنگ پین میں تیل کو ہلکی آنچ پر گرم ک ر لیں انڈوںکو نمک اور وائٹ پیپر پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔
۲....اب اس مکسچر میں سب کٹی ہوئی سبزیاں اور دودھ بھی شامل کردیں۔
۳....اب اس انڈوں کے مکسچر کو فرائنگ پین میں ڈال دیں اور آنچ تھوڑی سی تیز کردیں، آملیٹ کو پورے پین میں پھیلا دیں۔
۴....جب روٹی کی شکل کی طرح سے لگے ، کچھ دیر کے بعد آہستہ سے ایک طرف سے آملیٹ کو اٹھا کر دیکھیں کہ انڈے اچھی طرح سے سیٹ ہوگئے ہیں اور اگر اوپر سے بھی سخت ہوگئے ہوں تو اب اس آملیٹ پر موزریلا چیز کرش کرکے پھیلا دیں اور آنچ بالکل ہلکی کرکے فرائنگ پین کو ڈھک دیں۔تاکہ چیز پگھل جائے۔
۵....اگر آپ کے پاس اوون ہے تو چیز ڈال کر آملیٹ کو ایک منٹ کے لئے اوون میں رکھ دیں، چیز میلٹ ہونے پر اوون سے نکال لیں۔
۶.... اب آملیٹ کو کسی فلیٹ بڑے چمچے سے رول کی شکل دے دیں، پھر ڈش میں نکال کر گارلک بریڈ کے ساتھ گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
