مرغی کی بوٹیاں(بغیر ہڈی) آدھا کلو
پسی ہوئی سفید مرچ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کارن فلو پانی میں گھلا ہوا ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچے
مرغی کی یخنی ۔۔ ایک پیالی
لہسن چوپپ کی ہوئی ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سویا سوس ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹر کیچپ ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
چلی سوس ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
سفید زیرہ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
چینی ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تیل ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی+ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ+ تلنے کے لئے
ہری پیاز کے پتے باریک کٹی ہوئی ۔۔ سجانے کے لئے
انڈے کی سفیدی ۔۔ ایک عدد
سرکہ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ

Sizzling Chicken Manchurian banane ka tarika

مرغی کی بوٹیوں پر سفید مرچ، انڈے کی سفیدی، آدھا کارن فلور، ایک کھانے کا چمچہ تیل اور نمک لگا کر آدھا گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور مرغی کی بوٹیاں سنہری تل کر نکال لیں۔ ساس پین میں 4/1 پیالی تیل گرم کرکے لہسن تلیں۔ اس میں سرکہ، چینی، سویا سوس، کیچپ، چلی سوس، مرغی اور یخنی شامل کرکے جوش آنے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے آہستہ آہستہ باقی کارن فلور شامل کریں اور گاڑھا ہونے پر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔ مزیدار منچورین ہری پیاز سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔

Lehsan chop ki hoi 1 khanay ka chamcha
Soya Sauce 1 khanay ka chamcha
Tomato Ketchup Adhi piyali
Chili Sauce 2 khanay k chamchay
Safaid Zeezra 2 khanay k chamchay
Chini 1 khanay ka chamcha
Namak 1 chahye ka chamcha
Oil ¼ piyali + 1 khanay ka chamcha + Talny k liye
Hari Piyaz k pattay Sajanay k liye (bareek katy hoye)

Banane ki tarkeeb

Murgi ki botiyon per safiad mirch, anday ki safaidi, adha corn folur, ek khanay ka chamcha oil aur namak laga kar adhay ghanty k liye rakh dain. Karhai main tail garam karain aur murgi ki botiyaan sunehri tal kar nikal lain. Sauce Pan main ¼ piyali garam kar k lehsan talain. Is main sirka , cheeni, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, murgi aur yakhni shamil kar k josh anay tak pakain. Is main chamcha chalaty hoye ahista ahista baqi corn flour shamil kar dain aur garha honay per dish main nikal lain. Mazedar Manchurian hari piyaz sy saja kar paish karain.

Chicken Manchurian Recipe in English

  • Chicken Pieces (Boneless): 1/2 kg
  • White Pepper (Ground): 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour (Dissolved in Water): 4 tbsp
  • Chicken Broth: 1 cup
  • Garlic (Chopped): 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup: 1/2 cup
  • Chilli Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • White Cumin: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 1/4 cup
  • Oil for Frying: 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion (Sliced): for garnishing
  • Egg White: 1
  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp


  • Apply white pepper, egg white, half of the corn flour, 1 tablespoon oil and salt on chicken pieces and place aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken till it becomes golden.
  • Heat 1/4 cup oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic cloves.
  • Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, chicken and stock and cook until it comes to boil.
  • Add remaining corn flour slowly while keep stirring the spoon.
  • Mix well until it becomes thick.
  • Sizzling chicken manchurian recipe is ready.
  • Garnish with spring onion leaves and serve hot.

I just love Chinese Manchurian and fried rice and I love to eat it in restaurants. But this recipe is so easy that I want to make this at home now. The ingredients written are available almost in every kitchen. I have never thought that Manchurian is made with just these ingredients.
