Chicken Seekh Kabab banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
قیمہ میں پیاز، کالی مرچ، سفید زیرہ، چھوٹی الائچی، گرم مصالحہ، چنے اور ڈبل روٹی کے سلائس ملا کر پیس لیں۔ نمک، سویا ساس، لال مرچ، ہری مرچیں اور انڈے ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے قیمے کا آمیزہ لے کر سیخ پر رکھ کر دبا دبا کر چار سے پانچ انچ لمبے کباب بنا لیں۔ دس سے بارہ منٹ کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ کبابوں کو ایک سے دو منٹ کے لئےآگ پر سینک لیں۔ فرائنگ پین کو درمیانی آنچ پر دو سے تین منٹ کے لئے گرم کرکے ایک سے دو کھانے کے چمچ کوکنگ آئل ڈالیں۔ کبابوں کو سیخ سے نکال کر فرائنگ پین میں ڈال دیں۔پھر لکڑی کے چمچ سے تین چار منٹ کے لئے ذرا سا الٹ پلٹ کر سینک لیں۔ فرائنگ پین سے نکال کر ٹشو پیپر یاخاکی کاغذ پر رکھ دیں۔

Piyaz 2 adad darmiyani
Kaali mirch moti kati hoi 1 chaye ka chamach
Safaid zeerah 1 khaany ka chamach
Chhoti ilaaichi 6 adad
Bhunay hoye chanay 2 khanay k chamchay
Garm masala pisa hoa 1 khanay ka chamach
Soya sauce 2 khanay k chamach
Laal mirch pisi hoi 1 chaye ka chamach
Double roti k slIce 4 adad
Kacha papeeta pisa hoa 2 khanay k chamchay
Anday 2 adad
Hara dhaniya bareek kata hoa adhi gathi
Hari mirchain bareek kati hoi 6 sy 8 adad
Cooking Oil Hasb e zaroorat

Banane ki tarkeeb


Qeema main piyaz, kaali mirch, safiad zeerah, chhoti ilaaichi, garm masala, papeeta, chanay aur double roti k slice mila kar pees lain. Namak, soya sauce, laal mirchain, hara dhaniya, hari mirchain aur anday daal kar achi tarha mila lain. 2 khanay k chamchay qeemay ka amezah lay kar seekh pe rakh kar daba daba 4 sy 5 inch lambay kabab bana lain. 10 sy 12 minute k liye fridge main rakh dain. Kababo ko 1 sy 2 minute k liye aag pe saink lain. Frying pan ko darmiyani anch per 2 sy 3 minute kliye garm kar k 1 sy 2 khanay k chamach cooking oil daalain. Kababo ko seekh sy nikal kar frying pan main daal dain. Phr lakri k chamach sy 3 sy 4 minute kliye zara sa ulat palat kar saink lain. Frying pan sy nikal kar tissue paper ya khaki kagaz par rakh dain.

seekh kabab is very tasty kabab, especially it is a love with puri paratha. I have been eating it cooked by the hand of my elder sister and mom. Now I want to make these myself with my own style. I love cooking as well.

I am very happy and excited to see that I found many kababs here made with chicken because there is general notion and practice that kababs are always made with beef mince , not with any other types of meat and mince. Here on your site I have found many kababs including chicken mince and this is wonderful.
