It is not only mouth-watering delicious but is easy to cook as well. If we talk about the main ingredient that is Chicken, let us tell you that it has been used as one of the main sources of human foods for a long time. Other human consumption sources include beef and mutton which also has a long history of usage in cultural cuisines. In Pakistan, chicken is used in many kinds of main course meals, snacks, side dishes and also as filling in various fried foods. Chicken is also served in its whole shape, known as Chargha (which is a whole chicken that is deep fried and served).
Chicken Malai Tikka Recipe is a Pakistani dish which is a popular snack eaten all over Pakistan and made in every house as a traditional favorite dish. It is enjoyed as a starter, side dish or even a snack at evening or before the dinner. Not only is Chicken Malai Tikka recipe best served with chapatti but it can be served with all sorts of foods and side dishes including, chicken Pakora, vegetable samosa, chutney sauces, Pulao basmati rice, mango lassi and hot masala chai. It also goes great with zeera rice. Chicken Malai Tikka recipe is a dish of roasted chunks of chicken tikka in a spicy sauce. The sauce is usually creamy, spiced and orange-colored.
Preparing Chicken Malai Tikka recipe is simple. Add the ingredients and mix them well. Cover the chicken paste and store in the refrigerator. Then, simply bake in a preheated 180°C / 350°F in a gas oven for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Mid-way, soak the chicken with the remaining paste and when done, serve with chapatti or mango lassi.

ادرک پیسٹ ------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک ------------- حسب ذائقہ
تیل ----------- حسب ضرورت
ٹوتھ پکس ----------------- چند عدد

ترکیب:
تمام اجزاء کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور مرغی کی بوٹیوں پر لگا کر رات بھر کم از کم دو گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ گرل پین کو گرم کرلیں اور برش سے تھوڑا تیل لگائیں۔ بوٹیوں کو گرل پر رکھ کر اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ گوشت نرم ہوجائے اور اس پر گرل کے نشان بن جائیں۔ بوٹیوں کو پین سے اٹھا کر پلیٹ میں رکھیں اور ہر بوٹی پر ٹوتھ پک لگا کر پیش کریں۔

Murgi ki Botiyan ¼ cup
Dahi 2 khanay k chamchay
Kajoo Paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
Lemon ka ras 1/4 piyaali
Adrak paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
Namak Hasb e Zaiqa
Tail Hasb e Zaroorat
Tooth picks chand adad

Tamam ajza ko achi tarha mix kar lain aur murgi ki botion per laga kar raat bahr kam az kam 2 ghantay k liye rakh dain. Grill pan ko garm kar lain aur brush sy thora tail lagain. Botion ko gril per rakh kar itni dair pakain k gosht naram hoajye aur is par grill k nishan ban jain. Botion ko pan sy utha kar plate main rakhain aur har boti per tooth pick laga kar paish karain.

Made it exactly as written but it was way too salty. I would recommend cutting the salt down to 1 teaspoon.

The marinade is perfect, but when I tasted the sauce I knew something was missing. You MUST add 1 tbsp. Garam Masala to the sauce. Without it, it lacks depth. Otherwise, great recipe for malai tikka.
