In Pakistan, people make such kind of pilao especially in month of Moharram, but can be cook and serve any day especially during winter season with green raita. You can make chane ka pulao with so many variations. Chane ka pulao banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
چنے بھگو کر رکھ دیں۔ یاد رہے کہ آپ کو پلاؤ پکانے کے لئے چنے کم از کم بارہ گھنٹے پہلے بھگو کر رکھ دینے ہونگے۔
ایک دیگچی میں گھی گرم کرلیں اور پیاز کاٹ کر اس میں ڈال دیں۔ جب پیاز کا رنگ بادامی ہو جائے تو ادرک باریک کتر کر کے اس پر ڈال دیں۔
جب دونوں چیزیں سرخ ہو جائیں تو سارا گرم مصالحہ ثابت ہی ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر بعد چنے، پانی سمیت ڈال دیں اور ان کو پکنے دیں۔
جب چنے گل جائیں اور ان میں تقرباً سوا کلو پانی رہ جائے تو چاول نچوڑ کر ڈال دیں اور پکنے دیں۔
جب چاول میں ایک کنی رہ جائے اور پانی خشک ہو جائے تو پسا ہوا سیاہ زیرہ تھوڑا سا چھڑک کر چاولوں کو دم پر لگا دیں۔
آنچ دھیمی ہونی چاہیے۔ دس منٹ بعد جب بھاپ نکلنے لگے تو اتار لیں اور گرم گرم کھانے کے لئے پیش کر یں۔
نہایت لذیذ پلاؤ تیار ہے۔

Adrak adha chhataak
Ghee 1 pao
Bari ilaaichi 3 adad
Siyaah mirch 8 adad
Daar cheeni 1 tukra
Long 6 adad

Chanay bhigo kar rakh dain. Yaad rahay k ap ko pulao pakanay k liye chanay kam az kam 12 ghanty pehly bhigo kar rakh deny hongy.
1 degchi main ghee kur kuraain aur piyaz kaat kar is main daal dain. Jab piyaz ka rang badami hojaye to adrak bareek katar kar is per daal dain.
Jab 2no cheezain surkh hojaain to saara garm masala saabit he daal kar thori dair bad chanay pani samait daal dain aur unko pakny dain.
Jab chanay gal jaain aur in main taqreeban sawa kg paani reh jaye to chawal nichor kar daal dain aur pakny dain.
Jab chawal main 1 kanni reh jaye aur paani khushk hojaye to pisa hoa siya zeera, thora sa chhirak kar chawalo ko dam per laga dain.
Anch dheemi honi chahye. 10 minute baad jab bhaap nikalny lagay to utaar lain aur garm garm khanay k liye paish karain.
Nihayat lazeez pulao taiyaar hai.

chana pulao kahin bana banaya milta hai kisi ache restaurant me karachi me jo home delivery bhi kar den? pehle mai prefer karun gi keh bazar me mil jae to theek hai warna phir khud banana pare ga? pls kisi ko maloom ho to bata den restaurant.
