آچاری آلو

اجزاء:
آلو ۔۔ 750 گرام
تیل ۔۔ ڈیپ فرائی کے لئے
پیاز ۔۔ آدھا کپ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
املی کا گو دا ۔۔ 4/1 کپ
ہلدی پاؤڈر ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے چمچ
کری پتہ ۔۔ پندرہ سے دس عدد
رائی دانہ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
ثآبت سوکھی لال مرچ ۔۔ آٹھ عدد
زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کلونجی ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
چپاتی ۔۔ سرونگ کے لئے

ترکیب:

ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم تیل گرم کریں۔ پھر اس میں آلو فرائی کر کے پیپر پر نکال لیں اور دو کھانے کے چمچے تیل باقی رہنے دیں۔ اب کڑاہی میں پیاز کا پیسٹ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ نمک، ہلدی پاؤڈر، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، کٹی لال مرچ، املی کا پیسٹ اور آلو شامل کرلیں۔ ساتھ میں پانی ڈال کر پانچ سے چھ منٹ تک پکنے دیں۔ ایک پین میں دو کےھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کر کے لال مرچ، رائی دانہ، بھنا کٹا زیرہ، کری پتہ اور اجوائن ڈال کر بگھار بنائیں۔ آلوؤں پر بگھار لگائیں اور گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
