ادرک ، لہسن ، نمک ، پیاز ، لال مرچ ، دھنیا ، زیرہ ، ہلدی ، ثابت گرم مصالحہ ، دہی اور ٹماٹر کو اچھی طرح ملا لیںاور گوشت پر پکا کر آڈھے گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں ۔
مصالحہ لگے گوشت میں آدھی پیالی کوکنگ آئل شامل کردیں ۔ پھر دیگچی میں ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر آدھے گھنٹے تک پکائیں ۔
آلو ڈال کر دوپیالی پانی ڈال دیں اور اچھی طرح ملا کر آلو گلنے تک پکائیں ۔ ہری مرچیں اور ہرا دھنیا چھڑک دیں ۔
بگھار بنانے کے لئے فرائنگ پین میں دو کھانے کے چمچ کوکنگ آئل ڈال کر سیاہ زیرے کو دو سے تین منٹ تک فرائی کریں اور یہ بگھار گوشت کے اوپر ڈال دیں ۔ گوشت کو پانچ سے سات منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر (دم پر) پکائیں اور چولہے سے اُتار لیں
