سبزی پلاؤ

اجزاء:
سبزیاں وٹامنز سے بھرپور ہیں، ان سے ضرور فائدہ اٹھائیں تو کیوں نہ آج ہی بنائیے ہری بھری مزیدار سبزی پلاؤ۔

ترکیب:

• حسبِ ضرورت چاول بھگو دیں اور ہری مرچیں، شملہ مرچیں، ادرک، گاجر، پیاز، ٹماٹر، لیموں ان تمام سبزیوں کو کاٹ لیں اور مٹر چھیل کر رکھ لیں۔
• پتیلے میں آئل ڈالیں اس میں پیاز، ٹماٹر، ادرک، دو تیز پات، چار کالی مرچیں، دو لونگ، دو ٹکڑے دار چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں، پھر اس میں حسبِ ضرورت نمک، ہلدی، پسی لال مرچ، ثابت دھنیا ڈال کر مصالحہ تیار کریں۔
• چھلے ہوئے مٹر اور گاجر اس پتیلے میں شامل کرکے ایک گلاس پانی ڈال کر چار منٹ خوب پکا لیں کہ پانی میں ابال آنے لگے، پھر بھیگے ہوئے چاول شامل کرکے دو منٹ پکائیں اور شملہ مرچیں، ہری مرچیں، لیموں اور ایک چٹکی کالی مرچ ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ کا دم دے دیں۔
